Blue skies beckon our boat, but … Today’s Tewksbury paddle proved 🔺hazardous 🔺due to high water. Do not try this: Dropped off canoe at KOC, spotted the car downstream at River Pines, Andover. Drove back to KOC to start paddling. Some truly 🔺hairy sections near Mill St bridge; we portaged around the nasty looking culvert 🔺drop off. The peaceful images belie the risk. No usual meandering; high water! Forbidding 🔺 flow!
