Mileage markers are calculated from the source of the river in Bedford to its confluence in Lawrence with the Merrimack River totaling 26.7 miles. The mile markers indicate Kayak & Canoe Access, Fishing, River Views, & Walking Trailhead locations

Save the date for an easy two-hour paddle on the Shawsheen River!
Register now and you receive a reminder 24 hours before this event: For the 6th monthly suburban wilderness tour, we slice through Andover. Upstream and back downstream; relatively low flow, but no shuttling and hopefully nothing too shallow. BYO Boat and free for SRWA members. Is your membership still current?
