Great to have my kayak waiting for me on the Shawsheen River rack in Andover. Laurie and I paddled upstream from Abbot street to Pomp’s Pond portaging amidst some down tree branches. We enjoyed practically floating on the return finding a slightly different route. The geese with there goslings, a single turtle, ducks, swan, an anhinga drying it’s wings, and herons greeted.
