River Clean-up: SAT, MAY 18 AT 10 AM, Grace Dr, Wilmington

At the end of Grace Drive in Wilmington, you will see signage for town land. The kayak put-in is several feet into the woods. We will paddle upstream to what remains of the Middlesex Canal aqueducts to create navigable space in areas with downed trees. Wear appropriate clothing. Helpful items: gloves, small hand saws, loppers. Navigable passage in this area will allow for a clear paddle from Akeson Park in Billerica, through Wilmington, to The Shawsheen Launch (2000 Whipple) in Tewksbury.
