This is a land cleanup. Do not bring kayaks or canoes. If you can, bring rubber boots, wear long sleeves, loppers, and wear a mask.
Join SRWA & Beautify Billerica on Sat. June 27th at 9:30 to restore a lost gem in the Pinehurst area. Pinehurst People Power We will be cleaning the conservation land at the end of Sheridan St on the banks of the Shawsheen. This beautiful site has been the victim of dumping over the years and is in need of a restoreitive cleaning.
We have worked with the neighborhood to plan it well. Parking at the Old Ditson school at the top of the street. We can shuttle or walk to the end of the street to the site. NO parking on Sheridan St. There are some heavy items so bring your muscles. We will have some work gloves, waters, trash bags and a few trash grabbers to use. If you have your own supplies please bring them. Hope you can join in and start the restoration of this town beauty. Let us know if you can join.
